Gluten Free doesn’t mean taste free!

Hey there! My name is Elysia Kramer, and I'm a baker from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I've been baking for years, and I have a passion for creating delicious gluten and dairy-free treats that everyone can enjoy.

My gluten-free journey began when I found out that my sister had a gluten intolerance. Later on, I discovered that I too had a gluten allergy. So, I set out to create gourmet desserts that not only catered to people with food allergies but also tasted amazing.

After perfecting my recipes over the past year, I've started my own business as a freelance baker. I operate out of two health-inspected, certified kitchens located in South Bend and Fort Wayne, Indiana. My goal is to provide people with food allergies a chance to satisfy their sweet tooth without any worries.

I believe that everyone deserves to indulge in some yummy desserts, regardless of their dietary needs. That's why I use only the best quality ingredients to make my baked goods. I'm excited to share my creations with you and hope you'll give them a try!
